Fabrication of Stainless Steel Kiosks for the Exhibit Industry

A customer in the exhibit industry was in need of 30 kiosks of 5 different designs, for one of their automotive clients. They had a desired look and function of what was needed and requested our expertise to convert the concept into show quality products.

Each of the five designs was constructed of .065 – .5” thick stainless steel, and would feature a touch screen display. We began fabrication by laser and water jet cutting all of the panel components. Many of the parts required CNC machining, as well as punching, rolling, and forming. Each unit was TIG welded to ensure strength and durability, finishes included powder coating as well as automotive quality paint. Other units required polishing, some with a #6 polish, and others with #8 mirror polish. All units individually assembled, crated and then delivered to the customer on the trade show floor.
