We leveraged our design expertise and understanding of laser technology to generate CAD assembly drawings from the customer-supplied renderings to create this architectural, ornamental screen wall. The product would be composed of 18-gauge 304-stainless steel sheet with a ¼” angle supports.
We applied our precision laser and water-jet cutting equipment to fabricate the 304 stainless steel screen wall, which weighed about 20,000 lbs. and featured a #4 polished finish.
Upon completion, the laser cut screen wall was 30’ high and 10’ wide or 6,000 sq. ft. The cutting process called for tolerances of +/-.010” and we diligently checked the part after each process to ensure it met our customer’s quality specifications. Our turnaround time was three months, which included assembling and packaging the screen wall with special foam spacers.
