Custom stainless-steel perforated panels were fabricated on our lasers and waterjets for the CTA project. Each panel was programmed with different hole locations, hole sizes and hole spacing. When all the panels were assembled, they created a large custom picture.

Approximately 250 panels of all different sizes were fabricated. These were used to create the tower and other panels that attached to the towers.

All parts were polished to a #4 brushed finish. They were formed on the press brake to show depth and hide tabs for attaching to the frame. Panels were then etched for identification and packed on wooden pallets for delivery.
