Using high-speed, flying optic laser cutting configurations, our advanced machinery comes equipped with a stationary table and a laser cutting head that allows our certified staff to slice through a variety of materials in both horizontal directions.  Our flying optic cutters keep the material stationary during processing. Our machines are also equipped with the latest technology, 4000 watt maximum power output and a 5 X 10 foot maximum bed capacity.

With the ability to cut through a variety of metals from Inconel to stainless steel, we can manage most materials, with a capacity to slice cold rolled steel up to 1 inch thick, stainless steel up to 1/2 inches thick, and aluminum up to 3/8 inches thick. Laser Configuration
  • Flying Optics
    Flying optics lasers feature a stationary table and a cutting head (with laser beam) that moves over the work piece in both of the horizontal dimensions. Flying-optics cutters keep the workpiece stationary during processing, and often don't require material clamping.

Cutting Axis is the number of axes of motion a cutting machine is capable of cutting. 2-axis machines are used to cut flat sheet material while a 3-axis machine is used to cut three dimensional parts. Some 5-axis and 6-axis machines can perform cutting operations on parts that have been pre-formed by casting or machining.
